Withholding of the Birthright for 2,520 years

Seven Times

And if you will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
- Lev. 26:18

The above is what the Eternal Creator told to the original descendants of Abraham--the Israelites. He had unconditionally promised Abraham's seed the birthright inheritance of greatness and wealth, but he never promised when! Here God told them, if they forsook Him, they would be punished before they had received the promises.

This expression "seven times" in English means magnitude. However, in scripture it can mean magnitude and also duration. A biblical "time" is a year in prophecy (see Dan. 4:32).

A prophetic year is 360 days (12 months of 30 days.). Therefore 7 times is 7 x 360 = 2,520 days.

There is also a principle of "each day for a year" (see Ezek. 4:4-6; Num. 14:34). Therefore the 2,520 days are equivalent to 2,520 years duration.

What God is saying in Lev. 26, is that if the Israelites foresook God, He would punish them by withholding the birthright for 2,520 years!

The birthright was promised to Joseph, whose two tribes were a part of the 10 Tribes of Israel . God sent the Israelites into captivity in waves, the final one occurring in 721-718 B.C. Counting "7 times the 2,520 years" from then, the two descendants of Joseph who are Ephraim "a company of nations" & Manasseh "a great nation" would fully begin to inherit the birthright around the years 1800 - 1803 C.E.

Were there any nations who inherited fabulous blessings around this time? Great Britain rose to become the greatest empire in world history and the United States rose to become the greatest single nation in history, at around this time!

• Around the year 1800, the British become undisputed masters of the world's oceans. This was to continue for over 100 years. During WW II, the United States became the supreme naval power on Earth.
  
• The Industrial Revolution began exclusively in Britain in the 1750s, and by the turn of the century London was the financial and trading capital of the world. In 1803, Henry Maudslay devised the first industrial assembly line at Portsmouth, England, to manufacture rigging for the Royal Navy.
  
• At its peak, the British Empire would be the greatest empire in world history, over five times the size of the Roman Empire and covering one quarter of the land mass of the Earth! It would administer one quarter of the world's people!
  
• In 1800, exactly 2,520 years after Israel's capital city of Samaria fell to the Assyrians, the U.S. capital was moved from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C.!
  
• In 1803 the U.S. acquired its greatest territorial expansion with the Louisiana Purchase. For five cents per acre, it purchased over 500 million acres of the richest farmland on Earth!
  
• Every major sea gate of the world (such as Gibraltar, Panama Canal, Suez Canal, Hong Kong) were under the possession and control of Great Britain and the United States.
