Delivered from "time of Jacob's (Israel's) trouble!" | Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. -Jer. 30:8 |
This will be an unprecedented time in world history which will come upon the modern descendants of Israel (Anglo-Saxon-Celtic) peoples. God will eventually save them from complete destruction. |
A remnant will be delivered. | In that day the remnant of Israel, the survivors of the house of Jacob, will no longer rely on him who struck them down but will truly rely on the LORD, the Holy One of Israel. A remnant will return, a remnant of Jacob will return to the Mighty God. Though your people, O Israel, be like the sand by the sea, only a remnant will return. Isa. 10:20-22 (NIV) |
Remember that God promised that Abraham's descendants would number as the sand of the sea (Gen. 22:17, 32:12).
It will be the greatest national trial to come upon the U.S. and Britain and resulting in national captivity, but there is hope beyond. God will intervene to deliver those that are left alive, WHEN the people finally learn their lesson. |
Delivered from Assyrians as a parallel to the original exodus from Egypt. | Therefore, this is what the Lord, the LORD Almighty, says: "O my people who live in Zion, do not be afraid of the Assyrians, who beat you with a rod and lift up a club against you, as Egypt did. Very soon my anger against you will end and my wrath will be directed to their destruction." The LORD Almighty will lash them with a whip, as when he struck down Midian at the rock of Oreb; and he will raise his staff over the waters, as he did in Egypt. -Isa. 10:24-26 (NIV) And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off your shoulder, and his yoke from off your neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing. |
As mentioned before, there is a dualism--an exact parallel--between the captivity and deliverance from Egypt 35 centuries ago, and the future captivity and deliverance of the U.S., Britain, and other English-speaking nations. |
The people will not totally be destroyed. | Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them or abhor them so as to destroy them completely, breaking my covenant with them. I am the LORD their God. But for their sake I will remember the covenant with their ancestors whom I brought out of Egypt in the sight of the nations to be their God. I am the LORD. -Lev. 26:44-45 (NIV) |
God will honour His covenant that He made with Abraham. God will remember Abraham's descendants and deliver them. |

Delivered and brought to Palestine. | This is what the Sovereign LORD says: When I gather the people of Israel from the nations where they have been scattered, I will show myself holy among them in the sight of the nations. Then they will live in their own land, which I gave to my servant Jacob. They will live there in safety and will build houses and plant vineyards; they will live in safety when I inflict punishment on all their neighbours who maligned them. Then they will know that I am the LORD their God. - Ezek. 28:25-26 (NIV) |
The remnant of those from the U.S. and Britain will live in the land promised to Jacob. However they will once again outgrow this land and will eventually expand to occupy the land where they currently reside.
This will be covered in more detail on The Millennium web site. |
God will bring them into the "Promised Land" again. | I had concern for my holy name, which the house of Israel profaned among the nations where they had gone. "Therefore say to the house of Israel, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone. "'For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. "'You will live in the land I gave your forefathers; you will be my people, and I will be your God.'" |
For the second time in history, the Israelites will be scattered among the nations. However this time it will be only for a few short years rather than the long period of time of the first scattering.
The land given to our forefathers was Palestine, and later the nations that the U.S. and the British Commonwealth now occupy. First God will assemble all the tribes of Israel to occupy and dwell in the Promised Land of Palestine. There they will learn to be His people, finally fulfilling the covenant relationship that God established with the seed of Abraham. |
The cities will be rebuilt again. | "'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On the day I cleanse you from all your sins, I will resettle your towns, and the ruins will be rebuilt. The desolate land will be cultivated instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass through it. They will say, "This land that was laid waste has become like the garden of Eden; the cities that were lying in ruins, desolate and destroyed, are now fortified and inhabited." Then the nations around you that remain will know that I the LORD have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I the LORD have spoken, and I will do it.' "This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Once again I will yield to the plea of the house of Israel and do this for them: I will make their people as numerous as sheep, as numerous as the flocks for offerings at Jerusalem during her appointed feasts. So will the ruined cities be filled with flocks of people. Then they will know that I am the LORD." - Ezek. 36: 33-38 (NIV) |
The land that was laid waste and the destroyed cities will be rebuilt.

God will reunite Israel after three thousand years. |
"Son of man, take a stick of wood and write on it, 'Belonging to Judah and the Israelites associated with him.' Then take another stick of wood, and write on it, 'Ephraim's stick, belonging to Joseph and all the house of Israel associated with him. ' Join them together into one stick so that they will become one in your hand. "When your countrymen ask you, 'Won't you tell us what you mean by this?' say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am going to take the stick of Joseph--which is in Ephraim's hand-- and of the Israelite tribes associated with him, and join it to Judah's stick , making them a single stick of wood, and they will become one in my hand.' Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on and say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. - Ezek. 37:16-22 (NIV) |
These scriptures clearly show that Israel and Judah became two separate nations. The "lost" 10 tribes and Judah (the Jews) will be reunited (one stick) again at the return of Jesus Christ. Ephraim was the chief nation in Israel and is typically cited in scripture to represent all Israel. This will be a wonderful, This time of universal peace, prosperity, and glory, for the descendants of Abraham-- |
